You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. This ensures that you can still exchange or refund items even after shipping.
We currently do not allow changes to items or shipping addresses once an order is placed. If you need to make modifications, the existing order must be cancelled (if eligible), and a new order should be placed with the correct details.
